The future of leadership

 is collaboration. 

Collaboration is fragile and often, frustrating. Humans dislike disagreement. Louder voices can overpower important projects. Yet, the future of leadership requires highly effective collaborations to navigate rapid change.  Our methods can conserve valuable time to capture the powerful creative energy necessary for ongoing and successful teamwork.

The future is now.

Anne Gemmell, Principal

Anne is a pragmatic futurist who translates vision into concrete, actionable plans. She builds deep, intentional and successful collaborations.  As a public servant from 2017-2020, she led the City of Philadelphia's cross-collaborative future of work analysis and response. In 2016, she led the equitable design of the PHL-PreK program, a public-private partnership serving thousands of families with quality early childhood education. She is a thought leader, educator, writer, advocate, entrepreneur and collaboration architect.
