The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and A-Gemm Consulting created the Five-Year Future of Workers Strategy for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dozens of business leaders, technologists, universities, labor leaders, policy professionals, workforce development practitioners, and employees efficiently contributed vast expertise very quickly.  Together, we transparently produced the most deeply endorsed strategy that is now being implemented across multiple departments.



The Superintendent of the Haddon Township School District and A-Gemm Consulting created rich Analytics to build the 2030 strategy for the decade ahead.  Over 600 people participated to engage in both face-to-face and virtual dialogue to produce a shared vision. The rich qualitative and quantitative data will inform and guide decisions for months and years ahead.

10K Independents Project is a cooperative, sustainable, and equitable community of small businesses working together with A-Gemm Consulting to build a more resilient economy for and by Philadelphia citizens.  A-Gemm provides Policy and Advocacy expertise to help imagine, shape, and realize the bottom-up strategic goals of the diverse and energized 10K City Independents Project.
